Magazine design and layout  for Needle Arts embroidery magazine.

Client’s needs:

To update and standardize a layout for their current magazine.

Solution:

A good magazine layout is all about less in more. Too many design styles, conflicting fonts and little white space can make it hard for the reader to view and less inviting to read. We took the magazine to a new level by setting up several layout styles to fit each article that included set fonts and simplified layouts. By setting specific guides for fonts, photos and art we created and eye-catching layout that really highlighted the embroidery samples illustrated in each article.
